TPA Barge
The first of the two cargo barges ordered by the Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) has been launched at our shipyard in Mombasa. Hapa Kazi Tu 01, classed by Bureau Veritas, is 77.98 m long with a 11.83 m beam and will operate from the port of Tanga in Tanzania.

We successfully completed the fabrication of 3 Bentonite telescopic tanks for our pile foundation operations. The tanks are normally used in the preparation, curing and purification of bentonite slurry, a special mixture used to stabilize the sides of a borehole during drilling: preventing the soils from caving in.

We successfully delivered a 22.40m span of a steel pipe bridge to our client, Base Titanium Limited in Kwale. The 66m bridge consisting of 3 spans – 21.73m, 22.40m, 21.73m – will be assembled on‐site via splice connections and lifted into position as a full span once all the sections are delivered.
