The detailed material list will only be provided to the bidders who have been successfully vetted and approved by SECO.

- Delivery time of 2 days for suppliers within Mombasa
- Delivery time of 3 days for local suppliers outside Mombasa
- Varying delivery times for suppliers outside Kenya
- 30, 60 or 90 days credit terms against invoice issuance by the supplier
