The construction of Alpha 2500 (Flat Deck Barge) for its client Alpha Logistics Services Limited, has progressed swiftly, from the first steel cutting to panel fabrication and hull construction upon a slipway.
Alpha 2500 specifications include an overall length of 65 meters, a deck area of minimum 850 square meters with deck strength of 15 tons per square meter and a dead weight tonnage of 2200 tons.
The work is being done in a relatively short construction period and the barge will be delivered to the client in July 2016.
